Unpacking the Noise is a 1.5-hour guided art therapy workshop designed to support participants in creating space from mental clutter.
Through a series of creative, hands-on exercises, this session invites individuals to gently explore the busyness of their thoughts, find ways to externalise and contain them and practice intentionally focusing on a quieter, more centre mental space.
No prior art experience is required - just a willingness to participate. The workshop is facilitated by a skilled art therapist who provides a welcoming and non-judgmental environment. All materials are provided and activities are tailored to help participants gain practical tools for managing overwhelm in everyday life.
Participants will leave with tangible strategies for supporting their mental wellbeing, as well as creative pieces that serve as gentle reminders of the space they are capable of creating for themselves.
