Ever wanted to capture Lake Tyrrell the way the professionals do?
To come away with that perfect nightscape, the Milky Way mirrored in the salt, exposed and composed like an expert? Then this boutique DSLR astrophotography session is for you.
Learn from one of the best in the business. The Astronomical Society of Victoria's very own Bill Stent The Telescope Gent. You will cover camera settings, composition, focusing in the dark, and the planning that separates a good night-sky shot from a great one, all under some of the darkest skies in Victoria.
Bring your DSLR and a sturdy tripod, this is long-exposure work. Meet them at the Lake Tyrrell Viewing Platform (Upper Car Park).
Please ensure you have your own vehicle or you can arrange a list with Alex Cherney (event host).
