Same Wine, Different Story
Same Wine, Different Story is a relaxed food and wine tasting experience at The Leopold Hotel, presented in partnership with Seppelt Great Western as part of the Grampians Fine Wine Festival.
The evening places Seppelt St Peters Grampians Shiraz centre stage. Guests will taste St Peters first on its own, before returning to the same wine alongside three carefully considered food pairings created by Executive Chef Bryden Buckingham. Each pairing is designed to draw out something different in the wine, giving guests the chance to experience how food can shift the flavours, texture and character they notice in the glass.
Guided by Seppelt Great Western's in house sommelier, the tasting is relaxed, welcoming and easy to follow, with no prior wine knowledge required.
It is a chance to taste, compare and discover one of the Grampians' signature Shiraz wines in a completely different way.
