Paper Scissors Rock Brew Co is an exciting Grampians-based independent craft brewery located in the town centre of Halls Gap, with a kitchen menu and regular live music and events.
Beer is brewed fresh on-site. Their core beers are available all year round unless they have a guest tap or a one-off keg promotion. Other taps rotate seasonally to keep things fresh - an excuse to visit at any time of the year.
