Gallery Central Inc.
Gallery Central Incorporated is a non-profit community art gallery located in the centre of the small rural town of Nhill in Victoria, on the main highway, halfway between Melbourne and Adelaide.
The gallery is entirely run by volunteers.
Gallery Central displays and sells the work of its members, who are local artists and artisans that live within the Hindmarsh Shire. The gallery also hosts visiting exhibitions, community and children’s art displays and runs occasional workshops.
Visitors will enjoy viewing paintings, drawings, metal art, textile creations, mosaics, ceramics, jewellery and woodwork as well as the unique spaces they are displayed within. Over thirty local artisans and makers display and sell their creations here. There is something for everyone.
