The two hatted Wickens at Royal Mail Hotel fine dining restaurant opened in October 2017.
Designed to provide stunning views of the Southern Grampians, the restaurant demonstrates a strong connection between the land and the dining table. The menu is illustrative of the seasonal expression of the micro-climate of Dunkeld.

Wickens at Royal Mail Hotel is open for dinner Wednesday to Saturday and lunch on Saturdays. A five course or eight course chef's tasting menu is served. Wine matches include French, Australian or Cellar matches.
The separate casual dining area, Parker Street Project, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Serving comfort seasonal food with interesting local, Australian and International wines, Parker Street Project also has a range of boutique beers, ciders and garden inspired cocktails.
