Sheila was an Australian town girl who married her man of the land in the early 1940’s.
Cooking for shearers, coping with the harsh outback heat, flies and drought, Shelia travelled side by side with her farmer husband. At the age of 60 years, Shelia oped a fine dining homestead restaurant and ran this successful business until the age of 75.
