Does my name need to be on the ticket?Yes. Please enter the information of each person attending the festival ensuring all details are correct. If you can no longer attend the festival you will be able to sell your ticket via our official ticket resale platform (Tixel) once it opens. Keep updated through our Facebook page and website for when resale will be available.
Can I change the name on my ticket?Yes. If you can no longer attend the festival you will be able to sell your ticket via our official ticket resale platform (Tixel) once it opens. Tixel is our offical resale partner for this event, and this process ensures that everyone is protected when buying and selling tickets. You MUST sell your ticket on Tixel to ensure the ticket is valid on the day. If you have already found a specific buyer, you can list your ticket 'privately' through Tixel. Keep updated through our Facebook event page and website for when resale will be available.
I have already sold my ticket without using Tixel, what do I do?If someone has purchased a second-hand ticket from you ‘offline’ (through Facebook or selling to a friend etc.) you will be required to transfer the ticket using the Tixel facility as per the instructions below. Or alternatively, if you have purchased a ticket for a friend and the ticket is in your name, you will need to use these steps below in order to change the name.Using Tixel, sell your ticket privately to your intended purchaser (the person whose details need to be on the ticket). To do so, please login to Tixel with the same details that you used to purchase the ticket — firstly, ensure the email address you are using is the email linked to your ticket/s. Follow the prompts to upload your ticket/s, and before the final confirmation select the option ‘private listing’ to ensure your ticket/s is not released to the public for sale. You are then able to share this link to your intended purchaser, allowing you to transfer the ticket from one Eventbrite account to another.
Are tickets only available online? If you do not want to buy tickets online, some hard copy tickets are available through friends of Pitch™ Music & Arts Festival.
Is camping included in my ticket?Yes, free onsite camping is included in the ticket price. All camping add-ons such as Pitch Glamping or Eco Camp will need to be purchased in addition to a festival ticket.
Do I have to buy a Vehicle Pass?Yes. To reduce our carbon footprint, if you plan to arrive by car, you will need to purchase a Vehicle Pass. This can be purchased closer to the festival. Only one pass is required per car. We have introduced Vehicle Pass's to encourage people to carpool. If you arrive to Pitch™️ with 4 or more people in your vehicle, you will be entitled to a rebate to the full value of your vehicle pass.
We are arriving on a private bus, is this okay?Yes, however you will need to purchase a private bus ticket. Only 1 ticket is required per bus.
My friend has a ticket that looks different to mine, is that okay?Yes. Due to the various means of attaining a Pitch™ ticket, yours may look different to others. Please ensure it is barcoded and branded by Eventbrite and if in doubt purchase online through the Pitch™ website.
If I have a different ticket to my friends, can I still camp with them? No, cars will be allocated to campsite areas according to the passes they have. Eg. Glamping Pass or General Camping. Please ensure all cars in your convoy have the same pass - For example, if your friends are staying in a Glamping tent but you are not, then you cannot camp with them.
Wristbands at the event? You will be issued a wristband when you get your ticket scanned at the festival. There are no replacements for lost wristbands; the only way they can be removed is with scissors. Wristbands will not be replaced and cannot be transferred to friends.
Replacing lost tickets? If you cannot find your online ticket that you purchased, contact Eventbrite here. If you have purchased a hard ticket through a promoter you must treat this ticket as if it were cash. There are no replacements on hard copy tickets.
