Dadswell's Bridge

Dadswell's Bridge is located on the Western Highway with the majestic Grampians mountain range as a backdrop and is famous for the Giant Koala. The tourist complex offers information on the local area. Dadswell's Bridge is a great day trip or picnic stop. With a number of beautiful picnic areas with separate play areas and outdoor BBQ facilities, Dadswell's Bridge caters to the need of all visitors who come into town.

Local Tips:

  • The Giant Koala attraction is a great place for photo opportunity and the perfect place to stop for food and coffee. 
  • Close by is Beehive falls, known as one of the most beautiful in The Grampians. Here you will find the Beehive Falls (best after rain). Enjoy the pretty rock pools and ferns. The base of the falls makes a peaceful resting spot. Return by the same route.
  • Explore the Mt William Creek Nature Trail, 2kms return.
  • In spring, the region turns colourful with many blooming flowers across the stony pathways and verdant grasslands. Apart from the spectacular walking tracks, you will come across a number of rock pools in this area.
