Awarded two hats by the Age Good Food Guide 2015 and 2016, the Royal Mail Hotel Dining Room offers nature-based cuisine focusing on the highest quality locally sourced produce. With one of Australia's best chefs, Robin Wickens, leading the kitchen team, innovative menus inspired by the hotels huge organic kitchen garden are created.

The Royal Mail Hotel proudly share the opportunity to choose wine to enjoy from their vast collection. This collection has been privately curated over the past 40 years and is regularly awarded internationally.

The signature dining experience, an eight course chef's tasting menu with matched wines, is served every evening, as is a five course option. These are served every Friday & Saturday and special event evenings. In addition to these popular dining experiences, a two course and three course set menu is available Sunday to Thursday nights. The Dining Room is open for breakfast and lunch daily.

Dining Room reservations are recommended. A Public Bar menu is served for lunch & dinner daily. Reservations are not required in the Public Bar.
