As part of the Grampians Grape Escape, spend an evening and enjoy four delicious and different dishes made from Greenvale Farm pork, carefully matched with some of the Grampians most beautiful Pinot Noirs.

Explore the versatility of free range, heritage breed pork alongside gorgeous Grampians produce.

Harvest Halls Gap prides itself on shining a light on produce available within the Grampians and Greenvale Farm proudly grows happy, healthy, free range and heritage breed pigs for a happy, healthy product.

Course one includes garlic crustini with Bay of Martyrs blue cheese, Greenvale Farm acorn fed prosciutto and honeyed walnuts.

Course two traditional xiao long bao (pork soup dumplings) with steamed greens.

Course three coffee-Rubbed Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Watermelon Rind Relish.

Course 4: Slow cooked pork belly in master stock with crispy crackling and a fennel and radish salad
Dessert: Gelati sandwiches with ginger biscuits and lime sorbet and candied lime peel
